Best Practices

In the TUNE-project, we have been working with user training. It will be very useful with examples of best practices of user training from other countries and libraries all over Europe.
We would like you to take some time to consider the following questions and we will be grateful if you will write some notes about how you are doing at your library. 

        1. Why do you have user training at your library?
        2. Who are the participants at your user training sessions?
        3. How are you conducting your sessions? 
                - How many hours?
                - What subjects/topics do you teach?
                - What kind of technical equipments are available?

Are there any others important subjects to reflect upon?
